Processing Time:

​All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

​We currently ship within Australia only. The Shipping Method, Cost and Estimated Delivery are as follows:

• Standard Shipping          FREE on orders            2–6 business days
                                           over $ 60.00

• Express Shipping                   $ 13.50                   1–3 business days

• Free shipping across Metro Adeliade region only.

*Estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the time of purchase. Delivery times may vary for regional and remote areas, and during peak periods such as Christmas and major sale events.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delays:

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Enchanting Vault is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, extreme weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we're happy to help you liaise with Australia Post if this happens.

Lost or Missing Parcels:

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at vaultenchanting@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll help track it down with Australia Post.
